The bar uses variable resistance—more load where you’re strongest, less where you’re not—to help you reach muscle fatigue efficiently. Resistance is adjustable to suit beginners through advanced users, so you can progress session by session without changing equipment.

- Intermediate – (30kg – 45LBs to 70LBs)
- Advanced – (40kg – 90LBs to 120LBs)
