60-Day Return Window
You have 60 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and components included.
Free Returns
We offer free returns on all eligible items within the 60-day window.
- To start your return, please contact us at contact@briflex.shop with your order number.
- We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to pack and send your item back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:
- Downloadable digital products or software.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective).
Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above.
- Inspection: We aim to complete the inspection within 2-3 business days of delivery.
- Approval & Processing: Once approved, we will process your refund.
- Credit: The refund will be issued to the original payment method. You can expect the funds to appear in your account within 10 business days, though many banks process it faster.
What if I haven't received my refund yet?
If it has been more than 10 business days since your return was approved:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done both and still need assistance, please reply to your return confirmation email, and we will investigate further for you.
Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)
We are sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. We will replace it at no additional cost.
- Please email us at contact@briflex.shop within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product or defect.
- Once approved, we will ship a replacement to you immediately.
